Tamarack Habilitation Technologies, Inc. is proud to announce that the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), the leading authority and resource on foot health, has granted its Seal of Acceptance to Tamarack’s full line of Protection Socks with GlideWearTM Technology.

Tamarack Protection Socks with GlideWearTM Technology contain targeted, medical grade protection that protects at-risk areas of the feet from the forces that cause diabetic foot ulcers, calluses, blisters, and other painful skin damage. They are indicated for use with custom diabetic footwear, orthopedic and prosthetic devices, and offloading walking boots.

To earn the Seal of Acceptance, the APMA’s Podiatric Seals Committee of 10 podiatrists reviewed Tamarack’s Protection Socks using a rigorous process to validate that they promote foot health. The committee also assessed information to ensure the socks’ safety, overall quality, and effectiveness. The APMA’s Board of Trustees approved the committee’s recommendation to grant the seal.
